Before you write in

Two things speed up the reply a lot:

1. Your shop domain (your-store.myshopify.com) — we look up your plan and install history the moment we see it.
2. What you expected vs. what happened. "I clicked Export and expected a CSV, but got a 500 error" gets a faster, more accurate answer than "it's broken."

Response times

Normal-priority messages get a first reply within a business day. If your store or checkout is actively affected, say so up front — we triage urgent issues first, every time.

What we won't do

We won't ask you to repeat information already in your message, and we won't promise a ship date we don't control. If something needs a developer, we'll say so and follow up here.
